Overview
Bacteriostatic Water is a sterile preparation of water for injection containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. The benzyl alcohol content inhibits bacterial growth, permitting multiple withdrawals from a single vial while maintaining sterility. It is a standard laboratory reagent used for the reconstitution of lyophilised peptides and other research compounds.

Storage & Handling
Store at room temperature, away from direct light and moisture. Do not freeze. Once opened, store at 2–8°C and discard any unused portion after 28 days of first use.
