Refund policy

At Biovara Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided during the return approval process.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@biovaralabs.com so we can assist you promptly.
